Recipe from Nago Self-Raising Flour

Cooking Instructions:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 80 ml milk
  • 280 g Nago Self Raising Flour

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius.
  2. Grease and line the loaf tin with greaseproof paper.
  3. Cream together margarine and sugar.
  4. Add the beaten eggs a little at a time.
  5. Fold in theflour and milk.
  6. Pour mixture into loaf tin.
  7. Bake for about 25 minute.
