- 200 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 80 ml milk
- 280 g Nago Self Raising Flour
- Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius.
- Grease and line the loaf tin with greaseproof paper.
- Cream together margarine and sugar.
- Add the beaten eggs a little at a time.
- Fold in theflour and milk.
- Pour mixture into loaf tin.
- Bake for about 25 minute.
